Q: What is the difference between 1st Class & Standard Mail?

A: 1st Class mail is delivered in two to three days. Standard Mail may take longer. You should allow ten business days. 1st Class includes forwarding services at no extra charge. Standard Mail has a fee for forwarding mail.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum sizes of a postcard, a letter, a flat, and a self-mailer?

A: Postcards: 3 1/2 x 5 to 4 1/2 x 6
   
Letters: 6 1/8 x 11 1/2, 1/4 inch maximum thickness
    Flats: 12 x 15, 3/4 inch maximum thickness
   
Folded Self-Mailers: 6 x 10 1/2 inch maximum. 3 1/2 x 5 inch minimum.
   
Bound Self-Mailers: 6 x 10 1/2 inch maximum. 3 1/2 x 5 inch minimum.
